I am a fully accredited and insured Counsellor working in private and confidential surroundings. The thought of speaking to someone about your problems can be daunting but making that decision is the biggest step. friends and family members are very good at telling you would you should or shouldn't do. Counselling isn't like that. I am trained to listen without judgement and to help guide you to find your own solutions. I use a multi-modal approach and tailor the therapy to suit you.
I offer a free initial consultation, usually over the phone and the sessions are 35 pounds for 50-60 minutes. I look forward to meeting you. Melanie.
